Sweet! Lucky for me, my Perfect Peter makes maple syrup with his father and two brothers. Here is a photo essay showing Perfect Peter tapping the tree, monitoring the sap in the holding tanks and then turning it into the liquid gold that is maple syrup. I better go get the pancakes ready!
